What they are saying

Jordan EvansNCAA National Champion University of Virginia 2009

Young Athlete Bootcamp is the real deal. I’ve played soccer at the collegiate and professional level amongst countless elite athletes — and have trained with world class instructors. These sessions are finely tuned to produce quicker, faster, stronger results — and cater to any level desired.

Sean DavisStarting Midfielder New York Red Bulls #27

Athlete Bootcamp is a great program run by great people. It’s tailored perfectly for all age groups and levels. I wish we had workouts like these when we were younger! We found it extremely helpful in preparing for preseason with the New York Red Bulls and plan on coming back whenever we want to get whipped into shape!

Simon MiallFormer England International Rugby Player

The Athlete Bootcamp is a tremendous workout and reminded me of the off-season sessions with Harlequins and England 7s Rugby side. It's a terrific way for any young athlete to build speed, agility, power, and explosiveness for any sport.

Steve NashFormer NBA MVP and All-Star

One piece of advice for all aspiring athletes is to grow this resilience muscle. Resilience is the most important thing - it is what separates the best from the rest.

Carlos JaguandeFormer player USA men’s national team

Young Athlete Bootcamp will make you physically stronger, mentally tougher, less injury-prone, with increased self-confidence and self-esteem. Perhaps most importantly, it builds resilience and grit muscles . There’s nothing else like it in NYC.
